1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service or using the website at www.eddetailing.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services
Every Detail Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in the Cincinnati, OH metro area. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and our service area. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, or at our discretion for pay-on-arrival arrangements.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will contact you as early as possible if weather prevents us from completing your service.
- Refunds are issued at the owner's discretion and are not guaranteed for completed or partially completed services.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking (deposit or full amount) or upon completion of service, depending on the payment method selected. We accept card payments (processed via Clover), Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. All prices are in USD.
5. SMS Communications
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Every Detail Detailing regarding your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not required as a condition of service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed service address and time.
- Remove any personal items of value before the appointment.
- Disclose any pre-existing damage, paint issues, or special conditions prior to service.
- Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you if needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Every Detail Detailing uses professional-grade, paint-safe products and trained technicians. In the unlikely event of damage resulting from our service, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage resulting from customer-requested treatments applied against our professional advice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
